The re-scheduled JOK Chasing sprint was held on Saturday in Bishops Wood. Slightly different weather was endured for the races than was had on the original date and made for more pleasant racing!

Aislinn Austin took the womens race which was not decided until the 2nd last control where the leading three all made mistakes, but Aislinn managed to correct herself quickest to take the victory.

Despite a big pack chasing him Neil Northrop had enough of an advantage from the first race to run home victorious. He was put under pressure though, not least from youngsters Rhodri Buffet, who posted the fastest time in the second race, and Duncan Coombs.

In the veterans it was Micheal Billinghurst and Jackie Hallett who took the titles. Micheal won by over 3.5mins over the two races while Jackie won by a similar margin due to an impressive 1st race time over 2mins quicker than anybody else.

The junior titles were taken by Alan Cherry and Alice Leake. Alice showing consistency is the key by putting two 3rd fastest times in each race and winning by just 1sec overall. Alan's victory was a bit more clean cut winning by 3mins, he was helped by the fact that prologue winner Robert Gardner mis-punched in the chase.
