Jamie took a second race win of the weekend by winning the time trail that took place on monday morning. The time trail was a staight race on a marked route with staggered starts. the course had two loops, a fairly flat 1km A loop and a 1km B loop made up of short steep hills.
It was 5km for the guys which Jamie did in 18.05 just 2sec's ahead of Murray Strain. Murray ran the 1st loop 10sec's quicker than anybody else but could not keep that advantage. David Brickhill-Jones took 3rd, 7secs further back.

The womens 4km time trail was won by Pippa Whitehouse to add to her weekend relay win. Her wining margin was almost 30secs over Helen Bridle who just beat young Lizze Adams by 1sec, a good result considering she is still a W20 (other W20's take note).
