SOA are hosting a Performance and Coaching Symposium at Glenmore Lodge on Saturday 26th & Sunday 27th November 2005. The event and associated training are open to orienteers of all levels, from Elites to beginner juniors and ageing Veterans!

The keynote speaker will be Jamie Stevenson and there will be other sessions led by SOA President Ken Daly and former Scottish XC Champion Bobby Quinn.
