Arboga OK are a Swedish club, looking for talented foriegn runers to strengthen their teams for the Nordic relay league, and also to provide training opportunities for young athletes.

Although their recent results have been quite poor, in the early eighties they were one of the most successful clubs in Sweden, winning the Tiomila. They hope that the addition of some foriegn runners to the squad will inspire their local runners to train harder to create a strong team.

We are looking for keen juniors (M/W17-20) and seniors who want a scandinavain club to represent in the relays.
They should not feel that we have high demands and that they are not worth the free-bees! They pay enough money for air-fares and most of what they get for free are free for everyone in the club!

This is Kalle from Arboga OK! We have just had the annual budget done and we can offer the total number of four athletes the following:

Free membership in the club

Free entrances to individual races. We will try to help as much as possible help with the drive to the races. I can send you a list of races on request.

Free stay in the clubhouse, including TV, kitchen etc. We will try to arrange with beds or a free stay at the house of our clubmembers. The clubhouse does not have laundry, but clubmembers will help with that bit!

Free O-suit from the club

We will pick you up from the airport, but we will need petrolmoney. One pickup from Nykoping(Skavsta) would be (1 Pound = 13 SEK !?) 20-25 pound or so. Half of the price or less from Vasteras.
