The final rounds of the PWT'05 will be held in China between October 31 to November 12, in combination with a number of World Ranking Events. As this year celebrates the 10th anniversary of the PWT, the organisers are inviting all winners of the previous 65 races to take part. Up for grabs at each race will be a prize money pot of 3600 euros.

PWT Travel, the company jointly founded and run by legendary former World Champion Jörgen Mårtensson, is organising a tour to the event. Mårtensson, who also won the first ever PWT race & series, has also rejoined the board of the PWT Association.

Also announced is plans to take the PWT orienteering experience to a new continent next season, having already conquered 17 nations in the previous 10 years, with competitors from 40 countries having taken part.
