The Nordic champs was concluded today with the relay. Norway team of Tore Sandvik, Øystein Kristiansen and Anders Nordberg took the victory by over 4 minutes. Petteri Muukkonen and Mats Troeng had to fight right to the line for 2nd with the fin taking it 1sec in front of the swede. Great Britain finished in 8th but in the early stages it looked much better for them. Scott Fraser was leading the pack until he took the wrong gaffle but still manageed to come back in 6th place. Jon Duncan ran the 2nd leg & Ewan McCarthy brought the team home in a sprint finish with Østerbø which he held him off to the line.

In the womens race It was Finland who took the spoils with two of the members of the World cup winning team in it. Minna Kauppi went out on the 3rd leg 1.30sec's down on the lead but pulled a great run out of the bag to come home in 1st place. Anne Margrethe Hauskens run allowed Norway to leapfrog both Switzerland and Sweden to take 2nd. Switzerland copleted the top 3.

In the m20 relay Sweden got their hands on gold and bronze. Sweden 1 lead from the start but was pushed by Norway 1 who eventually took 2nd spot.

The positions were reversed for w20 as it was Norway who took both Gold and Bronze and Sweden found themselves sandwiched. The finish was much tighter than the mens tho with all 3 teams finishing within 30secs of each other and 2nd & 3rd not decided til the line but swedens young star Helena Jansson did enough to hold off Fanny Horn.
