It is now only 3 weeks until the event and we have some new updates on our elite entries and some of the additional activities taking place during the weekend of world class orienteering in Perth on 10/11 September.

As if a weekend of quality orienteering isn't enough, we are very pleased to announce that Jörgen Mårtensson (2 times World Champion and widely regarded as one of the best orienteers ever) will be joining us at the PWT and will be giving a presentation at the Perth Concert Hall on Friday 10th September from 19:30. Entry to this talk will be free and the talk is aimed at performance athletes and coaches.

Unfortunately, Fabian Hertner and Daniel Hubmann of Switzerland both suffered injuries at the recent World Championships and have been forced to pull out - we wish them a speedy recovery.

Entries for the Open race and PWT qualification are still being taken – they close on 31st August so make sure to enter on time!
