the Junior European Cup continued today and GB looked to improve on yesterdays results. Oleg Cheplin & Scott Fraser did just that securing 7th & 8th place respectively. Superb races by both of them but their times, along with everybody elses times, were put into the shadow by Csaba Gösswein of Hungary who won by over 3 clear minutes. James Tullie, off the back of SHI victory put in another good display to finish 22nd with Dan Halliday in 35th.

In M18's there were more good results from the Brits in the shape of Duncan Coombs finishing in 17th spot and Joe Mercer few places back in 23rd. Norways Magne Daehli took the M18 JEC title.

Rose Hodkinson was the shining light of the womens results securing a very credable 12th position with Ruth Holmes not far behind her in 19th. Tessa Hill ran well to finish up in 24th place with Jess Halliday completing the 18's in a respectable 36th. Czech Republic took this title in the form of Simona Karochova.

The W20's was the smallest field but no less competitive. despite 2nd to 6th all being within 30secs of each other there was one clear winner - Rahel Friederich who won by over 3minutes. Lizze Adams was the best performing Brit finishing in 22nd place and producing another solid performance for GB. Late call-up Allison O'Neill was slightly off the pace but still finishing 30th.
