fcc::club and uni results

Included in the FCC Series is a team competition for the best club and university in the qualifying rounds (i.e. scores in the FCC Final don’t count). In the club competition Nottingham OC came out miles clear with Rose Hodkinson, Alison O’Neil, Andrew Llewellyn and Colin Olivant contributing to a score of 812. Runners-up were Deeside OC, with AIRE close behind.

In the university competition Edinburgh beat main rivals Sheffield by 23 points. The Edinburgh teaem consisted of Alison O’Neil (who was also in NOC’s winning club team), Kirsten Strain and Kyle Heron. A surprise package perhaps was Durham who finished in 3rd place.
