JEC Gold!

More top results from GB junior team.

This years JEC is looking like being one of the most successful ever from a British point of view, after they took another three medals today. Mark Nixon pipped Graham for top position on M20, while Mhairi took silver on W20.

After speaking to coach Chris Poole it seems that no one had perfect runs; Mark claims to have lost 4 mins, GG 5, and Mhairi 6, en route to their medals! Spirits in the team seem high and Mark Nixon said “We’re going to win the relay tomorrow, we’ve decided.” Its expected that the mens team will comprise Scott Fraser, Mark Nixon and Graham Gristwood, while the girls is less clear cut.

Congratulations from us all and good luck tomorrow.
